We’re definitely all hungry for new Celine material - which makes us reflect on many unreleased gems

Like the Phil Spector recordings
And the original A New Day taping
And the summer tour from 2016 & 2017

I want it all!!!!

Cannot wait for a new English album. I hope they get it right. Bring back David Foster or a producer who will bring out Celine’s very best tone and all the power in her voice.

I want Olympia first! We've hardly seen any of it.

Question: Is the Olympia theatre still there?? If it is she could play a one off concert there in 2019, and then release both concerts together - 25 year celebration 🎉

It certainly is! Fellow Canadian star Isabelle Boulay recently performed there!! It would be great if Céline performed there again, but I'm scared ticket prices will be € 750 and up :P

Yes it is! I was there in 2010 and I went with my Olympia CD right there to the doors :mdr: :mdr: :mdr:

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I think Olympia de Paris lost its relevance. It was one of the most prestigious concert arenas from France. Now every mediocre artist sings there. :innocent:

Singers need places to perform to make their job profitable more than ever, and they need medium/small halls to perform too. Not everyone can afford to perform in big arenas and stadiums like Céline.

The Olympia theatre is still one of the music halls with the best acoustics to perform and record live concerts :yes:

Also, let's be honest: when Céline last performed there in 1994 she was not even half as big as she is now :)

i think that to fill their place, they have to present artists that are not not immortals now and then..but every immortals (french ones) have done their show there. :)
Plus qu'ailleurs  , but now Si c'était à refaire  , i still love tant de temps....
