Hi everyone. I didn't know where to post this topic so here it is. It is linked to Celine because i can't download her songs anymore through Rapidshare. It's been 2/3 months now. I used it a lot before and know how it works. But now it keeps saying that i have downloaded enough files or that i am downloading a file at the moment, so i have to wait or try later. But it is WRONG. i haven't downloaded anything in weeks!!! There is also an IP address they say it's mine, but it's not. I haven't changed anything in my system.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Can anyone help me?
There is something wrong, and it's SO annoying...

Some ISPs uses proxy which shares the same IP with many others. I guess that's the reason why.
