i tried downloading the Celine Interview from The View but its rather slow. it started at 13 kbps and starts getting slower and slower until it finally fails. can somebody or the Admins help me out?

Hmm, could be a problem on your end. The speeds are fine from here. Try to do a trace route

1. click on the Start Menu
2. choose Run
3. type cmd then Enter
4. type tracert celineirc.com
5. after it's done, paste the output here, left click to highlight the text then hit the ENTER key to copy the text to clipboard, then paste here.
