If you're having trouble playing M2V (SVCD) files, be sure you have the proper codecs installed. Click HERE to download a codec. There's no need for this codec if you already have PowerDVD or WinDVD installed.

VLC Media Player (Free; works with OS X, Linux, various other platforms)
