It seems Celine Dion's heart will go on -- in Jupiter Island.

According to property records, the Titanic crooner and her husband recently plunked down more than $12.5 million for a waterfront home on 3.7 acres in the 200 block of South Beach Road.

Public records show the property was sold this month to Renlec Management Inc., a Canadian firm. The address listed for Renlec is the same as Quebec-based Feeling Productions, the artist-management company run by Dion and her husband, Rene Angelil.

In addition, a few years ago, the famous couple sold their Jupiter home, in Admiral's Cove, for $9 million under the name Renlec Enterprises Inc.

Dion's publicists and agent in Canada and California could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

Some local agents said news of the Jupiter Island sale was particularly surprising because of the popular belief that Dion planned to build a home by the golf course.

Either way, it's unclear whether Dion and her family will move into the home on South Beach Road, which was previously owned by F. Morgan and Barbara Taylor Jr.

They paid $1 million for the property in 1981.

This home is a new one near the beach.  Celine's old home was on a golf course... hmm wierd.  If that was me, i would have kept the home in Florida... wierd.

strange that celine sold her old house in florida...after all the soul she put in making it

It's a normal thing, the show ends in 2 years and till then maybe they will do some renovation, change something in the house and that takes time. She will want to get involved in the decoration and it will also take some time.

She must be also planning were to stay, and then choosing a school to René-Charles and all this stuff.

did you notice? Renlec is made up of the start of Rene and Celines name but Cel is backwards! Clever!

this is the only info I find about RENLEC. so RENLEC is a foundation created on 30/09/99 by Celine?

is this the correct translation? so the company is not called Renlec anymore. it must be called the "celine dion foundation"! interesting.

But this is not "RENLEC FOUNDATION" but "Renlec Management", so maybe they changed the name to "RENLEC FOUNDATION" 'cause they wanted to found a new company called "Renlec Management".

so " RENLEC FOUNDATION" changed it's name to "CÉLINE DION FOUNDATION" on 30/09/99 ? wonder what's "Renlec Management".

   I think the previous owners F. Morgan and Barbara Taylor Jr. paid $1 million for the property in 1981 and now Celine paid for this place $12,5 million the value of the property is grown a lot
