it seems that whenever i'm logged on the bottom of my posts say Warn(0%) and there are several blue boxes beside that. any reason why?

users will be able to see their own warning level plus logs of reasons given by moderators. 0% means you have no warn, and most users are 0%. each warn will add 10% warning level until 100% =
